Abbeycomp IT Solutions provides cover for your essential hardware. With help over the phone or on site we can provide 8 and 4-hour response so you don't lose time due to failing hardware.
Loan equipment is available for machines which cannot be repaired on site.
Voucher Contract Cover
For companies that need infrequent but highly technical expertise our Voucher Cover provides an inexpensive way to buy time. This time can also be used to install new hardware or deploy software and upgrades.
Support Plan Levels
This is our entry level support package. It includes 8 hour response and is limited to 5 hours monthly remote or onsite support.
This is our mid range support package. It includes 8 hour response and unlimited remote or onsite support hours.
This is our top level package including 4 hour response and unlimited remote or onsite support hours.
